Jess and Marie's wedding takes place at this grand Romanesque Revival building, and it's here that Harry races through the crowd for the film's climactic New Year's Eve kiss, even though the door he bursts through was actually filmed in Los Angeles.

Sally drops Harry off beneath this arch after their long drive from Chicago, the first time the two part ways in New York, and it's here that Harry makes his famous dash at the end of the film, though the Twin Towers visible in the original shot are a poignant reminder of how much the city has changed since.

Harry and Sally buy a Christmas tree together here in one of the film's warmest scenes, and a year later, after their falling out, Sally returns to drag a tree home alone from the very same spot, still a neighborhood fixture selling trees, plants and flowers on Broadway decades later.
